By using the H4Stack Labs website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following terms.
Course Enrolment
Course fees are charged upfront. A full refund is available within 7 days of enrolment if you decide the course is not suitable. After 7 days, no refunds are issued.
Intellectual Property
All course content (slides, videos, projects, code) is the intellectual property of H4Stack Labs. You may use it for personal learning but may not redistribute or resell it.
Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work agreed between H4Stack Labs and the client prior to commencement.
Limitation of Liability
H4Stack Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or course content.
